AGILE METHODOLOGIES – PRODUCT OWNER I

Agile product management: From Theory to Practice

PSPO 1

The “Agile Methodologies – Product Owner I – Agile Product Management: From Theory to Practice” course equips participants with the basic knowledge of Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean. It focuses on product management in Agile mode, and therefore, is centered around the Product Owner. Based on theory, workshops, exercises and case studies, this course is designed for product managers who want to shift towards a Scrum approach. It can also be useful for managers looking for pragmatic solutions to organizational problems.
