About Us
Fabrique_A is a non-profit organization, a center of excellence in business experimentation, which accompanies and supports companies, individuals and their organizations to optimize their projects in agile transformation, culture of experimentation and continuous innovation.
Created in 2015 by Elsa Bruyère and Marie-Andrée Roger, Fabrique_A has iteratively developed and with validated proofs of concept, specific tools to mitigate the risk of innovative projects.
Through facilitation and support programs, the team strives to insert a continuous innovation culture that facilitates the organizational transformation expected by the companies it supports.
Its approach based on empiricism, excubation, immersion and prototyping has allowed Fabrique_A to get involved in several projects in continuous innovation and open innovation from different backgrounds in Canada, Europe and South America.
FABRIQUE_A guides the approaches of Living Lab, continuous innovation, service design, agility or Lean Startup
for which it has created tools to analyze and measure the creation of open innovation value.
