PSM I

The “Agile Methodologies – Scrum Master I – Agile team management: From Theory to Practice” course equips participants to master the basic knowledge of Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean. 1. Presentation of theoretical concepts
  2. Presentation of real-life cases and association with other good practices
  3. Feedback from trainers and participants
  4. Reverse classroom approach for online courses: asynchronous activities scheduled between workshops to maintain engagement and deepen learning
  5. Course materials included

In order to master the concepts covered in this course, participants must complete it with personal practice.

At the end of this training, participants will have acquired a solid foundation on agility, Scrum and its fundamental principles, by exploring its mechanics and implementation.
