INTRODUCTION TO “MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT” (MVP)

A one-day training course to teach you how to mitigate risk in the development of your products, services and business models by validating your business hypotheses. This course is aimed at people seeking to implement empiricism as a method of derisking complex projects in their company and / or in their team. Also for those with practical experience in project and / or product management and eager to explore continuous innovation. This workshop is especially beneficial for multidisciplinary teams of a company looking to optimize their solution delivery process and who would like to accelerate their innovation process.

  • Be proactive and critical of opportunities: actively participate in identifying new features or fixes that are beneficial to users;
  • Have a frame of reference to prioritize, test and develop their ideas incrementally

This course is also available online for those who wish to level up or explore new knowledge from the comfort of their home or office.

Typically, the online course is split into two sessions of 3 hours of virtual workshops and one and a half hours of asynchronous activities. However, it can be adapted to a one-day session or to another format depending on the client’s needs.

Requirements for participants: have access to the videoconferencing platform, a webcam, a microphone, post-its and pencils.
