DESIGN SPRINT TRAINING

Goals

  • Introduction: methodologies and concepts beyond Design Sprint (Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Startup, co-development and Ideation, Minimum Viable Product / Service, continuous innovation), and understanding how the framework works
  • Preparation: identification of types of issues to be addressed in a Design Sprint, selection of team and external actors, ecosystem mapping, agenda creation and delivery plan
  • Planning: exploration of available activities for the execution of each phase of Design Sprint. Adaptation of tools according to the needs of your context
  • Execution: the posture of the facilitator, the execution and the deliverables in each phase, the indicators of success, the identification of the next steps with the team

Typically, this online course is divided in five three-hour sessions over two weeks. However, it can be adapted for another format depending on the client’s needs.
