DESIGN SPRINT
Four days to reduce the risk of your innovation project
The Design Sprint allows you to meet your challenges of high speed or alignment in the execution of projects, commitment of individuals (internal or external customers) and development of your market in only 4 days
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s a process that goes from a problem to a solution through an experimentation of your assumptions on the market
Methodology developed by Google Ventures

TESTIMONIALS
At BDC, we launched an ambitious mobile app development program for bank employees that supports one of our goals: to have a bigger impact on entrepreneurs. To succeed, we need to surround ourselves with extremely talented resources, such as Marie-Andrée, who masters new business models, modern hypothesis validation methodologies, risk assessment for innovation projects and rapid prototyping. For Marie-Andrée, there are only solutions. Design Sprint, Experimentation, Lean Startup are all approaches that she masters brilliantly.
The Design Sprint gave us a framework for decision-making with more confidence and depth. We also gained new perspectives on our product by keeping the original idea of the project.
